Author Guidelines

Vastu Research Journal: Journal of Multidisciplinary Sciences (VRJ) welcomes high-quality manuscripts that have not been previously published and are not under consideration elsewhere.

1. Types of Manuscripts

The journal accepts:

• Original Research Articles
• Review Articles (systematic literature reviews)
• Conceptual Papers

2. Language

Manuscripts may be written in:

• Bahasa Indonesia, or
• Proper academic English

3. Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should be organized as follows:

• Title (maximum 15–20 words)
• Author(s) name and affiliation
• Abstract (150–250 words)
• Keywords (3–5 keywords)
• Introduction
• Methods
• Results and Discussion
• Conclusion
• Acknowledgments (optional)
• References

4. Formatting

• Length: 5,000–8,000 words
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
• Line spacing: 1.5
• Margin: 2.5 cm on all sides
• File format: .doc or .docx

5. Citation and References

• Use APA (latest edition) citation style
• Reference management tools (e.g., Mendeley, Zotero) are recommended
• Minimum 15 references, with at least 70% from recent scholarly journals (last 5–10 years)

6. Publication Ethics

Authors must:

• Ensure originality of the manuscript
• Avoid plagiarism
• Not submit the manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously
• Disclose any conflicts of interest

7. Submission Process

• Manuscripts must be submitted via the Open Journal Systems (OJS)
• Authors must register before submission
• All correspondence will be conducted through the journal system

8. Peer Review Process

• All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process
• Final decisions are made by the editorial board
• Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts prior to publication
