Vastu Research Journal: Journal of Management and Applied Science applies a double-blind peer review system to ensure the scientific quality, objectivity, and integrity of all published manuscripts. In this process, both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.

Review Process Steps

  1. Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal system (OJS) in accordance with the author guidelines.
  2. Initial Editorial Screening
The editor evaluates the manuscript for relevance to the journal’s focus and scope, as well as completeness and formatting. Manuscripts that do not meet the requirements may be rejected (desk rejection).
  3. Plagiarism Screening
The manuscript is checked using plagiarism detection software to ensure originality.
  4. Reviewer Assignment
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to at least two qualified reviewers in the relevant field.
  5. Review Process
Reviewers assess the manuscript based on scientific quality, originality, methodology, and contribution, and provide recommendations:
    • Accept without revision
    • Accept with minor revisions
    • Accept with major revisions
    • Reject
  6. Editorial Decision
The editor makes the final decision based on the reviewers’ comments and communicates it to the author.
  7. Revision by Authors
Authors are required to revise their manuscripts according to reviewers’ feedback within the specified timeframe.
  8. Final Decision and Publication
Once the revised manuscript is approved, it proceeds to publication.

Review Timeline

The review process typically takes 2–6 weeks, depending on the manuscript complexity and reviewer availability.
